Become an NCUCMP Participant
Create an Account
Participants must be over the age of 18 to create an account. There will be the option to add up to two children per account.
Orientation
After you have created an account you will receive a link to read through the NCUCMP Orientation.
Registration
When you have completed the NCUCMP Orientation you will be able to sign, and submit the registration forms and be eligible to join individual surveys.
Join a Survey
Surveys are scheduled in June through September. Space is limited. Participation is free with the option to pay what you can or afford.
